By placing an order you should fully understand that you accept the following terms and conditions.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you as the client and Textile Design Solutions unless and until Textile Design Solutions agrees acceptance of your order by way of an email confirmation. That order acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that Textile Design Solutions sends the email to you, whether or not you receive the email. The confirmation email will amount to Textile Design Solutions accepting your offer to buy goods / product from textiledesignsolution.co.uk.

All the details which you provide to Textile Design Solutions for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods you undertake to be correct. The credit card which you are using belongs to you and that you also have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.

If there are any changes required to the personal details which you have supplied it is your responsibility to inform Textile Design Solutions as soon as possible.

may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed
and despatched by either telephoning 0115 9604 040 during normal office
hours
or email to;- sales@tds-shop.com

You may also withdraw from your contract at any time after you have received our email confirmation by either:-
A – Sending the notice of cancellation by either email to sales@tds-shop.com confirming your Name / Address / Order Number.
B – When you have received the goods returning them to Textile Design Solutions unopened / undamaged.

When Textile Design Solutions receive notification that you wish to withdraw from the order / contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Textile Design Solutions from your credit card for your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The returned goods must be received back to Textile Design Solutions in the condition that they were when despatched and delivered to you.
Liability

This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Textile Design Solutions does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specification and description of the listed products. Textile Design Solutions will try to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practical after being notified of such items.

If in the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are or defective, or are different to the quantity to that stated on your order form, Textile design Solutions shall, at its own option make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount paid for the goods purchased, provided that you have notified Textile Design Solutions of the problem. Nothing in this statement affects your statutory rights.

Processing of Orders

Credit and Debit cards are debited at order. All prices include UK VAT sales taxes unless specifically stated.

Every purchase you make will be deemed as performed in the United Kingdom. United Kingdom law will govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the web-site.

Textile Design Solutions target aim is to arrange despatch of all stock items on the same business day your order is received providing it is reaches our sales department by 12 pm. Your order may be delayed if the specific item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and approximate dates of stock replenishment may be given.

Our standard returns Policy applies to all purchases from Textile Design Solutions.
Delivery / Title / Risk

The delivery period stated when you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your confirmation. Note that some part of the order may be sent on a separate date.

Title to any ordered goods will only pass to you when Textile Design Solutions has received full payment for the product.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a delivery reaches your country. Any such additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies can vary from country to country. In these circumstances it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.

It should also be noted that when shipping cross-border some shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
